Our Friend Jodi

On another beautiful day in New York City the worst air quality day in New York City, we finally had the opportunity to photograph our friend Jodi Gonzalez. Jodi is a model, actor, Alaskan nature guide and former Ms. Philippines Competitor.

Well before the Canadian wildfires, we got together to plan a short film, one that ultimately never got made. Sitting in a coffee shop near my apartment with the summer sun beating down on us, she told me all about her upbringing on a sleepy fishing island in Alaska.

After months of just missing each other and filming falling apart, we chose this day to do a little photoshoot on my roof.

Jodi wears our classic navy velvet double breasted sport jacket with pleated black lightweight wool trousers.
